After the refund process has been initiated, the license key associated with the account will become invalid and you’ll no longer be able to use the product.

How do I ask for a refund?

To start a refund ticket, go to the Contact Us link from the plugin’s menu in your WordPress Dashboard, submit the refund request form. Once it’s processed, you’ll receive the amount back to the source account within the next few business days.

Note: Refund is only for the first time payments and not for renewals if you have purchased the Annual recurring plan of any of our plugins.
